Shipping & Returns
Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via the email provided to us during your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
If the order you have placed has not been charged or shipped, you may cancel it by logging into Your Account online and selecting the relevant order. You do not need to contact us directly, nor do you need to give us any reason for your cancellation.
Conditions for Returns

You will receive your reimbursement no later than 14 business days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as was used to place the Order.
Items Eligible for Return
In order for ordered items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
They were purchased in the last 14 days
They are in the original packaging
They are in the condition they arrived in
Items Not Eligible For Return
Customized or Personalized items
Items that have been used or damaged
Items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Items which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
The Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to Us. A return address and authorization code will be provided via email once items have been confirmed as acceptable for return.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of items or proof of received return delivery.
